The Service is an educational and self-improvement tool. It is not therapy, not a mental health service, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. While the Service is designed by a psychiatrist, using it does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship. AI-generated feedback is for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon for clinical decisions.

SocialFluent offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription ($9/month). By subscribing to Pro:
The Service, including its design, scenarios, code, and content, is owned by SocialFluent and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
You retain ownership of the text you write during practice sessions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your text for the purpose of providing feedback and improving the Service.
Feedback, coaching tips, and other AI-generated content are provided for educational purposes only. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialFluent and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
