SocialFluent ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at socialfluent.app and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
We store your selected goal (e.g., dating, career), energy style, and diagnostic results to personalize your experience.
When you complete a practice session, we store your text responses, AI-generated feedback, dimension scores, and conversation logs. This data is used to track your progress and improve the Service.
If you subscribe to SocialFluent Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID to manage your subscription.
We collect anonymized usage data through Vercel Analytics, including pages visited, session duration, and feature usage. This helps us improve the Service.
Your practice responses are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for evaluation and feedback generation. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and our data processing agreement with them.
